The Ranch House

	Perfect for birthday parties, wedding rehearsals, buisness meetings, family reunions, graduation dinners, and other private events. Our ranch home includes a living/lounge room with fireplace, one game room for kids under 10, one movie room, a large meeting/presentation room and one room for everybody that includes a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey table.
	The house also includes a large dinning area capable of seating up to 40 people, a formal dinning area with a bar, complete kitchen with all of the essential applainces, and a very large porch. Four large tables and up to 50 chairs will be provided for you.

The Backyard

The backyard is great for Bar-B-Ques and makes you feel as if you were at the park. Guests can sit on the park benches and enjoy the view of the Old Settler’s Park pond and all of the horses and beautiful landscape.

While guests enjoy the view, the children can pet the miniature horses, ponies, and goats. The backyard also has a volleyball court and a moonwalk can be provided for the kids. Plan your event on a Friday night night during the Round Rock Express home game and get the best seat in town to enjoy the Dell Diamond fireworks.
